A South African friend asked me to make this bronze of the yellow fin tuna with sardines. Quite a challenge as our waters around the UK are not tropical or even sub tropical.

Tuna unlike most fish are warm blooded. Their muscles and torpedo shape make them very strong and fast swimmers and they can reach 50mph.
